"Wishing you...miles of smiles...."

Hello everybody,

Vandaag heb ik een easelkaart gemaakt met een Penny Black stempel en deze ingekleurd met aquarelpotloden. De tekst is van Whiff of Joy uit de set van Magical Wishes. Achter de cirkel heb ik een DVD (recycle) geplakt, wat weer diepte en glittering geeft aan de kaart. Achter de DVD heb ik weer een cirkel van kraftpapier geplakt, maar een kleine opening gelaten voor de hartenlabel.

Today I made an easelcard with a Penny Black stamp. I coloured the image with aquarel pencils. The text is from Whiff of Joy from the set Magical Wishes.

Behind the circle I added a DVD (recycled), which give some depth and glittering to the card. At the backside I sticked a circle of craftpaper, but I left some space open for th heartlabel.

Voor de grote cirkel heb ik een stans van Marianne Design gebruikt en voor de kleintjes Nestabilities.

For the big circle I used a Marianne Design die and for the little ones Nestabilities.

De hartlabel is gemaakt met een Doohicky stans van Magnolia.

The heartlabel is made with a Doohicky die from Magnolia.

Hieraan heb ik lint en charm vastgemaakt. Ik heb geen tekst gestempeld, zodat er ruimte is om zelf wat te schrijven of je naam erop te zetten.

I attached a charm with a yellow ribbon and stamped no text so you can write something on it by yourselve.

Het papier is van Basic Grey uit de collectie Origins en heb ik gecombineerd met kraftpapier.

Hier kun je ook goed zien hoe ik doodles en stipjes met een fineliner heb aangebracht op de tekstcirkel.

Dit heb ik ook nog met een gele Copic stift gedaan.

Voor extra kleur heb ik ook nog blauwe en groene chalk op de cirkels gebruikt.

The paper is from Basic Grey Origins and I combined it with craftpaper.

Here you can also better see that I made doodles, dots and stripes on the circles. I made also dots with a yellow Copic.

For extra color I also used blue and green chalk at the circles.

Ook op de rand van de grote cirkel heb ik doodles getekend.

Verder heb ik nog wat kant op de onderkant geplakt en de restjes uit de label op de uiteinden geplakt. Ook nog wat strass steentje geplakt en uiteraard alles weer gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger en niet te vergeten ook nog wat Stickles gebruikt.

Ook heb ik geen bloemen e.d. toegevoegd, omdat het plaatje al bloemen laat zien en ik deze kaart ook geschikt vind als herenkaart.

Around the edge of the big circle I also made doodles and dots with a fineliner and dots also with the Copic.

I also used lace, rhinestones and distressed all with distres ink Vintage Photo from Ranger and last but not least I added Stickles on the flowers.

I also did not use extra flowers, because the image already has flowers and I think in this way it is also a nice card for gentlemen.

Hello everybody,

Vandaag laat ik julie een kaartje zien dat in drie verschillende kleuren groen is gemaakt en tevens geschikt is als een herenkaartje.

Today I show you a card that is made in three different colours green and is suitable for a gentlemen.

De stempels zijn alle drie van Art Impression.

All three stamps are from Art Impression.

Naast het inkleuren met aquarelstiften heb ik ook nog wat groene chalk gebruikt en wat Stickles op de auto aangebracht.

I used aquarelpencils and green chalkpowder. I also added some Stickles at the car.

Hello everybody,

Vandaag heb ik weer een easelkaart in dezelfde stijl als de kaart van gisteren, maar nu met een mooie Penny Black stempel. Een nieuwsgierige en grappige poes tussen één van de de mooiste voorjaarsbloemen. Ik blijf ze mooi vinden, vooral omdat je ze in zoveel kleuren ziet.

Today I have another easelcard for you in the same style as yesterday, but now with a Penny Black stamp. A curious and funny cat between one of the most beautiful springflowers. I love them and you see them in very different colours.

Ook deze keer heb ik weer een ponsenset gebruikt van Martha Stewart en een Nestability stansje voor de decoratie onder de bloem en voor de tekst, die uit een Penny Black clearset komt. De takjes zijn gemaakt met een Floral ponsje van Nellie Snellen.

Also this time I used a stampset from Martha Stewart and a Nestability for the decoration under the flower from Prima and for the text, which is from a clearset from Penny Black. The leaves are made with a Floral punch from Nellie Snellen.

Het scrappapier is van Marianne Design.

Dit is een stempel op hout en heb ik ook weer ingekleurd met Copics.

Verder heb ik als hartje een splitpennetje gebruikt in de dubbele bloem van Prima, groen lint, nog wat Stickles en wat roze strass steentjes.

This stamp is on wood and I coloured all with Copics.

I also used a mini brad for the heart of the flower from Prima, some Stickles and some pink rhinestones.

Dat was het weer voor vandaag.

Helaas heb ik op dit blog nog niet zo veel volgers op het moment, maar gezien de statistieken, zie ik dat er toch belangstelling is en dat is voor mij het belangrijkste.

Het is druk in blogland, dus het lukt ook niet altijd om een reactie achter te laten.

Voel je vrij om lekker rond te kijken en wil je iets kwijt dan hoor ik het graag.

Hello everybody,

Vandaag heb ik een kaart voor jullie, die gemaakt is met een Stampability Gruffy stempel in combinatie met twee Magnolia stempels, de zon en de vogels.

Voor de Joanna Sheen challenge van deze maand wordt een mannenkaart gevraagd en voor de Allsorts Challenge heb ik de foto kleurtjes gebruikt.

Deep Ocean wil graag stempels gemaskeerd zien of in ieder geval meer dan een stempel zien.

Voor Simon Says Stamps is het weer "Anything goes" deze week.

Today I show you a card made with a Stampability stamp and two stamps from Magnolia, the sun and the birds.

For the Joanna Sheen challenge of these month they ask a man's card and for the Allsorts Challenge I used the photo colours.

Deep Ocean wants to see the masking technic or more than one stamp.

For Simon Says Stamps it is "Anything goes" this week.

Alles is gekleurd met Copics.

All is coloured with Copics.

Voor de lucht en het gras heb ik ook nog blauwe en groene chalks gebruikt.

For the air and grass I also used blue and green chalks.

De randen zijn gemaakt met Martha Stewart ponsen en het labeltje is van Cuttlebug.

Verder heb ik papier gebruikt van Marianne Design en nog wat groen organza lint.

Het tekststempeltje is van the Action.

The edges are made with a punch from Martha Stewart and the label is from Cuttlebug.

I also used paper from Marianne Design and some green ribbon.

The text stamp is from the Action shop.

Ik vind het wel een stoere herenkaart. Het is in ieder geval een leuke stempel om in te kleuren.

I think it is a nice man's card. I liked it to colour this nice stamp.

Dat was het weer voor vandaag en hopelijk gauw tot ziens.

Hello everybody,

Vandaag heb ik een kaartje voor de challenge "Elke Kaart een Feestje". Je moet een kaart maken met het thema "Zomaar....omdat ik aan je denk."

Dit leek me wel een geschikt idee hiervoor, ook omdat deze kaart naar een man gestuurd kan worden.

Ook die hebben wel eens een oppepper nodig toch?

Het hartje aan het touwtje past er goed bij vind ik en zo is de kaart ook geschikt voor de challenge van ""Sketchy Colors" waar ze graag iets in het bruin met zilver zien.

Ik hoop dat jullie de kaart geschikt vinden.

Hij is gemakkelijk en snel te maken en met de Stickles-Stardust op de bloemen heeft het toch iets speciaals en is voor de gelegenheid toch ook weer niet te uitbundig.

Today I have a card for the challenge "Elke Kaart een Feestje". You have to make a card for someone to cheer up.

I thought this was a good idea, because it fits also to send this card to a man.

Sometimes everyone needs some attention, isn't it?

The heart on the rope is symbolic I think and is also suitable for the challenge of "Sketchy Colors". They want to see the colour brown with silver.

I hope you like my card.

It is easy and quick to make and the addition of some Stickles-Stardust at the flowers gives the card something extra's I think and is not too exuberant.

"Red, White and Black..............."

Hello everybody,

Rood, wit en zwart zijn prachtige kleuren voor een mannenkaart. Vandaar vandaag dit kaartje.

De stempels zijn van Hero Arts en heb ik gebruikt voor de achtergrond en om de labeltjes te maken, waaraan ik smal zwart lint heb vastgeniet.

Snel en gemakkelijk te maken dus.
Door het verkleinen van de kaart zijn de achtergrond letters niet scherp, terwijl dat in werkelijkheid wel zo is. Helaas. Als het idee maar overkomt toch?

Red, white and black are beautiful colours for masculine cards. So therefore today this card.

The stamps are from Hero Arts and I used them for the background and on the little tags. I attached black ribbon on them.

Quick and easy to make!
Because of the resizing of the card all of the text at the background is not sharp anymore, but in real it is. Sorry. But it's the idea that is important I think?

Hello everybody,

Vandaag heb ik weer een kaart met de grappige House Mouse muisjes.

Een leuk voorjaarsplaatje met mooie tulpen in de hoofdkleuren groen en geel.

Today I have a card with the funny House Mouse mice.
A nice spring card with beautiful tulips in the primary colours green and yellow.

De stempel is dus van House Mouse HMTR 1055-01 en de tekst is van Hero Arts. Voor deze laatste heb ik een Nestability labelstansje gebruikt en daar twee bruine plakparels opgeplakt.

 Ik heb alles ingekleurd met Copics en papier van Marianne Design gebruikt.

The stamp is form Stampavie HMTR 1055-01 and the text is from Hero Arts. I used a Nestability die for the label and some pearls.

I coloured all with Copics and the paper is from Marianne Design.

Op de bloemen en het gras heb ik Stickles gebruikt.

I used Stickles on the flowers and the grass.

Op de onderkaart heb ik voor de ovaaltjes een Cuttlebug stansje gebruikt en deze aan elkaar gezet met wat geruit lint en hierop wat strass steentjes geplakt, bovenop de bloem ook nog een bruin plaksteentje.

For the ovals I used a die from Cuttlebug and put these together with ribbon and added some strass and a brown pearl.

Ook heb ik nog groene metallic splitpennetjes, dun gaaslint en smal geel lint gebruikt. De rand van het scrappapier is geponst met een Martha Stewart randpons.

Het witte papier heb ik bewerkt met wat geelgroene chalkpoeder.

I also used metallic green mini brads, thin green and small yellow ribbon. The edge in the scrappaper is made with a Martha Stewart punch.

On the white paper I used also yellow-green chalkpowder.
